Refund policy

Ebooks:

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a product is purchased and delivered.

    By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
    We encourage you to review product details carefully before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

  • If you experience any issues accessing your product, please reply to the email with which you received your ebooks — we’re happy to help resolve any issues as quickly as possible!

Print copies:

  • All print book sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

    However, we are committed to providing quality products. If your book arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at ivy@ivymason.org within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to replace it.

    To request a replacement, please provide:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damage or defect
